Celebration Table
A celebration table that photographs well and still works for a crowd: one bright color story, flowers at eye level or below, and a clear spot for the cake.
- Pick one hero color plus gold or white, and repeat it in napkins, flowers and balloons only.
- Use a plain white or cream tablecloth so colorful food and flowers pop.
- Build the centerpiece from one large flower arrangement flanked by two small ones, not ten tiny vases.
- Add height away from the center, for example a tall balloon bunch in a corner, so sightlines stay open.
- Set places with a charger plate under the dinner plate for a finished look without extra cost.
- Match the napkin fold across all settings: simple and identical beats fancy and uneven.
- Leave a dedicated, cleared space for the cake or dessert display before guests arrive.
- Label the drinks station and keep it off the main table to avoid crowding.
- Use place cards for groups over eight people so seating feels intentional.
- Add string lights or small fairy lights along the table edge for evening celebrations.
